Tried the new code. Same results as last week: Invalid security ID structure!

I did not try Madmatt2006's suggestion because my PC does not reboot every 15 minutes anymore. I thought this would have been very useful earlier but was not relevant anymore. Am I right?

Thank you!

Let's try this one more time (I am hoping this is a language issue)
Code:
cd /d "%programfiles%\Windows Resource Kits\Tools"
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE /grant=Administrateur=f /grant=system=f
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CURRENT_USER /grant=Administrateur=f /grant=system=f
subinacl /subkeyreg HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT /grant=Administrateur=f /grant=system=f
subinacl /subdirectories %SystemDrive% /grant=Administrateur=f /grant=system=f
subinacl /subdirectories %windir%\*.* /grant=Administrateur=f /grant=system=f

Hello my friend!

I was also thinking it was a language issue. It worked much better this time but we are not at destination yet!

The reset went through. I then installed (running in safe mode again as «Administrateur»; no network connection).

I think I saw a message saying that installation failed (for a very brief moment...). I was then asked to reboot.

I did the reboot and connected to my own account (with administrator privileges). IE7 is installed and works very well; Hotmail as well.

I tried then tried the two products in my wife's account (regular privileges). IE7 is there but suffers from the same problems. When it starts, it tries to execute this page
Customize Your Settings; an eror occurs. If I enter another address, it works. I f I try to connect to hotmail.com, execution of the login page fails the same way.

This is exactly the situation I had when I uninstalled IE7 in December!

New food for thought... I have attached the IE7 installation logs.

Thanks again!

The problem seems to have to do with scripts execution by Microsoft software. None of them seem to be able to run properly. I have installed Firefox and it works well. Hotmail works fine to with Firefox. MSN still does not work but Trillian does... I thus have workarounds but a problem remains somewhere...

Thanks again!

So is everything working for Administrator but not the other users?
