Please help. for the past week i have a series of pop up of spyware. i have followed the instruction for removal and now post my hyjack this file and images of the spyware.

sorry i may have done something wrong in my first mail.
i have been having unwanted pop up and advices for spyware linked to different websites.
i think it happened after i accepted to download some video codecs.
i have followed all the steps recommended and it has been better because i am not getting so many pop ups but not all of them have diappeared.
i redo the log and i attach the log now called hyjakthis20071225
