Default suspected rundll problems. URGENT help required
Hi, I have certain problems with a crucial computer used at work, this'll restrict my options that I can do to explore the possibilites of solving the problem for fear of data loss.

Since 3 days ago, the programs Microsoft Word 2003 and Acrobat Reader failed to work. Specifically, the programs hung whenever they were initiated. On task manager, however, these programs registered low PC usage (roughly 10 - 15%).

Urgent help required because there is a deadline to meet.

Prudent internet security was not enforced (e.g. the download of online programs like cursor mania and such). So, I believe the problem is caused by a malware.

The PC runs on 2.80 Ghz and 1GB RAM.

At the moment, System Idle Process is running at 90% and above of CPU usage.

This program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
Click on the "Unzip" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
Upon install, HijackThis should open for you.
Should it not open, navigate to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis and double click on HijackThis.exe
If it gives you an intro screen, just close it.

This will help to identify malware on your system.
Please download Combofix from any of these locations:

Here
Save ComboFix to the desktop and please ensure that you disable realtime security/virus programs that monitors your PC while CF is running.
1. Double click on combo.exe & follow the prompts.
2. When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\ComboFix.txt.
3. Copy and Paste the contents of that log in your next reply with a new hijackthis log. Do not use Code or html unless asked for.
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause your system to stall/hang.
Caution...Never run and remove files using ComboFix without being supervised by a security analyst.
