My computer is from Germany, so everything is writen in German.
The title of the window is "TFncKy" with backgroung blue
Then it is writen "TFncKy hat ein Problem festgestellt und muss beendet werden" and on the rigth side there is a draw of a small control like a control for sound. The backgroung is white. This means TFncKy had a problem and will finish.
Then it is writen " Falls Sie Ihre Arbeit noch nicht gespeichert hatten, konnen Daten moglicherweise verloren gegangen sein". That means if you have not saved you will loose your data.
"Dieses Problem bitte auch an Microsoft berichten." and " Ein Problembericht, den Sie uns senden konnen, wurde erstellt. Wir werden diesen Bericht vertraulich und anonym bearbeiten" that means you can send this problem to Microsoft and they will work on it and keep you anonymous. And also " Um zu sehen, welche Daten Ihr Bericht enhalt, Kliken Sie Hier." that means to see which data has the problem, click here. There are also 2 buttons, one to send the problem and the other not to send it. The background is grey.
This appears when I press any key at any moment or when I start a wireless conection, but not when I use only the mouse. It is impossible to work on Word for example, there is always this window. Once it is there, I can work if I do not press any of the buttons or close this window but it is always in front of the word document. It appears only one each time, but if I close it and press any key it appears again.

it's definitely not malware. That's for toshiba's built in function keys. If you don't have a toshiba, let me know. If you do, read the following link and see if that helps. It recommends finding the updated version of that app on toshiba's page (via your model/make/serial number), d/l that, and then booting into safe mode and deleting the old one and installing the new.
