This will clear away any of the files and folders that were created by ComboFix.
Go to :
Start > Run then copy and paste the following highlighted text below and click OK.

That uninstalled it, shall I now run the scan again?

I've started the Kaspersky scan on My Computer again, I'll post the log as soon as it's done

Edit: It's still scanning stuff in my virus vault, shall I disable my AVG and scan again?

No dont worry.It will scan even if its disabled.

Er..got a back up plan? You can literally here my CPU crying out in pain.

I'm more than willing to uninstall AVG just to find out where my problems are, then I can safe mode it hopefully

Its not a malware problem.It has to lie elsewhere.I suggest you try one of our other forums and see what they can come up with..
