Hi Guys, my daughters laptop was running fine with all req anti virus stuff etc, she startedexploring her progs and deleted all kinds of progs..next thing we have all kinds of problems, I have reloaded the software but the pc takes about 5 minutes to become usuable from booting up, I have ran hijack this (see below) any help would be great guys thanks

This is the only problem I can see...

Messenger Plus is an add-on. It is not written by Microsoft. You may have installed Plus with the Sponsor. The Sponsor software will give you C2Media\LOP (parasite) If you installed the Sponsor, you have spyware and adware as a result. Please go to Add/Remove Programs and remove MessengerPlus.

When we are finished with our fixes, if you still want to use MessengerPlus, reinstall it. Make sure the sponsor is UNchecked. Please launch HijackThis,and put a checkmark beside these:
(items here) Close all windows except HijackThis and click "Fix Checked". Please Download NoLop to your desktop from one of the links below...

• First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
• Double click NoLop.exe to run it.
• Carefully type or copy and paste this series of characters into the lower text area labeled Insert CLSID Here.

Include the {}: {CLSID GOES HERE}

• Now click the button labeled "Search and Destroy" <<your computer will now be scanned for infected files>>
• When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
• Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
• A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish.

Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log
--If you receive an error, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered," please download mscomctl.ocx to your system32 folder then rerun the program.

I deleted msn plus and have left it off for now, but I am a little lost of with one of you paragraphs (see pasted item below)as you ask me to 'put a check mark beside these items here!..can I ask which items or do you wish me to run hijack this again (now ) and post it for you so you can advise which items to check?..sorry its a bit confusing for me! :-)
