I have got spyware and adware and can not get rid of them I have run HijackThis and the log file is attach.
can you please help.

This will help to identify any malware on your system.
Please download Combofix from HERE or HERE

Save ComboFix to the desktop.
1. Double click on combo.exe & follow the prompts.
2. When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\ComboFix.txt.
3. Copy and Paste the contents of that log in your next reply with a new hijackthis log. Do not use Code or html unless asked for.
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause your system to stall/hang.

Thanks for the reply I do not seem to be able to get ComboFix to work it just come up with update now and then won't load onto the computer or down load any file.

ComboFix is not avaiable for a while so do this....

First off please download http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/Deckard/dss.exe"]Deckard's System Scanner (DSS)[/url] to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

Close all applications and windows.
Double-click on dss.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
When the scan is complete, two text files will open - main.txt <- this one will be maximized and extra.txt <-this one will be minimized .
Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of the main.txt back to the forum.
Please do the same with extra.txt .

1: Creat a new System Restore point in Windows XP and Vista.
2: Clean your Temporary Files, Downloaded Program Files, and Internet Cache Files, and also empty the Recycle Bin on all drives.
3: Check some important areas of your system and produce a report for me to review. DSS automatically runs HijackThis for you, but it will also install and place a shortcut to HijackThis on your desktop if you do not already have HijackThis installed.
