Hello Jake,

Can you please attach the logs from AVG and SuperAntiSpyware? Thanks.

A full windows defender and spysweeper scan found nothing. An activescan found "Dialer.SU" in this location hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\curr entversion\uninstall\Switch
This is a converter program have been using for a week. I have scanned all in the switch folder with virus total and found nothing.
I exported the switch key:
Key Name: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Uninstall\Switch
Class Name: <NO CLASS>
Last Write Time: 30/10/2007 - 04:19
Value 0
Name: DisplayName
Type: REG_SZ
Data: Switch
Value 1
Name: Publisher
Type: REG_SZ
Data: NCH Swift Sound
Value 2
Name: UninstallString
Type: REG_SZ
Data: C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\Switch\uninst.exe

I think this is just a false positive, i attached a new hjt encase though.

Thanks, jake

There is nothing showing in your HijackThis log - I have a couple other scans to suggest but I first would like to see the other logs and then we will go from there.

I scanned with AVG Anti spyware, and it found nothing in safe mode. I didn't have time to complete SAS, I will do tomorrow. I have found the computer is running better without spysweeper running alongside windows defender, I'm a bit confused and not sure whether that or malware is whats slowing it down.

thanks, jake
