Can someone explain what to delete from these hjt logs?

The problems are just that the computer is slow with both servers Firefox and explorer,and i already deleted all temp.files so i do not understand what's going on.Also i am conected to intenet with a wireless router and i don't know if the settings are right,it's a huge confusion
