My computer is running okay -- not great but as usual.

I used Microsoft's free PC scan.

It says it found 337 items and 14 issues. It could not delete? Fix? those issues.

Here are some of the issues, all in Documents and Settings:

Exploit:html/mhtredir.gen
Spyware:Win32/mediatickets.gen
Trojan:Java/classloader C
TrojanDownloader:Win32/2lob.gen:AA

And 1 high issue found

Adware:win32/clickspring.purityscan

What do I do?

I'm sure the answer is on this forum, and I'm hoping someone will just point this new guy in the right direction.

Please click Prework below and follow the steps to produce three logs and then post them back in this thread and a security team member will help you.

Please download Combofix from HERE or HERE

Save ComboFix to the desktop.
1. Double click on combo.exe & follow the prompts.
2. When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\ComboFix.txt.
3. Copy and Paste the contents of that log in your next reply with a new hijackthis log. Do not use Code or html unless asked for.
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause your system to stall/hang.
