Windows is running in safe mode
This special diagnostic mode of windows enables you to fix a problem which maybe caused by hardware settings. Make sure these settings are correct in control panel and then restarting windows. While in safe mode some of your devices may not be available. To proceed in safe mode click yes. If you prefer to use system restore your computer to a previous state press no.

in regular mode AVG found the malware, should i let clean n quarantine or not yet?

You need to proceed into Safe Mode thru the "Yes" button there. Then run AVG scanner in safe-mode and quarantine anything it finds.

LOL..no problem. Can you go back to the "Safe-Mode selection screen"..you know, after you pressed F8..and select Last Known Good Configuration.
