My Friends PC is not showing me any devices in his systems folder, I ran HijackThis but do not understand the log files. I would appreciate any help you could give me with examining this log file

hello case, and welcome to the forums.....you seem to be missing most of your log there....run hjt again, click 'scan and save log file', then copy and paste the entire results from the log into the reply box. There should be a lot of stuff before you get to the O23 sections.
