There doesn't seem to be much wrong with your log but I will move your thread to the HJT forum for further analysis.

thxx Hengis =) I guess it has something to do wiv the auto-update..altho Im a noob innit..and I really need to noe what causes this problem...

Go to Start > Run and type
cmd
and OK. Type the below commands and hit "Enter" after each line
sc stop tcct_device
sc delete tcct_device


Type Exit to close.


Have "Hijack This" fix all the following items in the list below by placing a check in the appropriate boxes.Confirm that you have only the listed ones checked, then press <Fix checked> and Close HJT.

Reboot and post a new HJT log..
