Default Help, strange spyware issue maybe?

Uusally I manage to get rid of spyware on my own no problem but I am so stressed out over this issue I need to get help. I'm getting masses of popups when I open any internet explorer AND on top of that something seems to be making my game World of Warcraft close down. I've tried a full repair on WoW but the issue still keeps happening so I'm assuming it's a process. It's not my graphics card because it's not a blue screen or black screen crash it's an application termination crash .

I've posted my HijackThis in hopes you guys can help me.

Please go to VirusTotal and upload the following file for analysis.
c:\windows\system32\uucbqpgdll.exe

Copy and paste the results in your next reply.

Ok here's the result. How on earth do I get rid of this pest!

Panda9.0.0.42007.09.22Adware/NaviPromo
Symantec102007.09.22Trojan.Skintrim

Everything else came up clear.

Please run HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [uucbqpgdll] c:\windows\system32\uucbqpgdll.exe uucbqpgdll

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.

Now navigate to and delete the following file if still present:
c:\windows\system32\uucbqpgdll.exe

Restart the computer one more time. Post a new HijackThis log in your next reply.

Ok done as asked and here is a new log. Still got the pop ups but my WoW seems to be working ok now.

Do you have any idea what this program is?
C:\Program Files\Curse\CurseClient.exe

Is it installed by you or your administrator?
