I looked that report over pretty thoroughly--
The one thing I did see was the 12 Volt rail voltage was at about 5.1 volts...

Voltage Values:
CPU Core 1.63 V
+2.5 V 2.58 V
+3.3 V 2.38 V
+5 V 4.73 V
+12 V 5.06 V
+5 V Standby 4.81 V
VBAT Battery 3.12 V
Debug Info F 2A 42 FF
Debug Info T 55 127 20
Debug Info V 66 A1 95 B0 4F 9F 3D (F7)

I would look at a Power Supply-- from some of your symptoms I was leaning that way.

Your Temps are good
harddrives are fine
Good quality drive makes
Video card decent

I think your PSU is dying dude

i too was leaning to the power supply because i recently had a power supply that died, i think the wiring in my house is to poor to support the amount of things being used in my bedroom, i am going to minimize the electronic devices and switch over to my backup power supply. I knew the voltage didnt look quite right, i do apoloigize for making you read over that massive log, if the problems persist after i have changed power supply and stuff i will be back to drain more of your brain power and see whats up with this machiine

Hey -- no problem-- that's why we're here.
One thing I need to mention is -- it may be the wiring-- it may not.

ALL PSU's have a finite lifetime... there are "capacitors" inside that store energy for when your hardware demands more juice-- these just wear out with time-- they lose roughly 10% per year -- sometimes more/sometimes a little less.
Sometimes they fail completely. There are caps all through many electronic devices-- mobo has 'em

Here's a Wiki on capacitor failure if you are interested.

Bottom line -- if your PSU's weak-- it's time for a new one... they can take out other components if it totally quits ( like RAM/Motherboard) it's rare-- but it happens

ok i tracked this down and i was amazed to find that i had some capacitors that simply busted off inside my power supply so i simply busted out my soldering gun and got my cpu working fantastically again... such a stupid thing causes sooo many problems... thanks a plenty, saved me 60$ on a new power supply and got my pc workin like a charm
