Default [Fixed] lsass.exe

ok well my problem came out of the blue, all fo a sudden i have a process runing under my account named lsass.exe, and i beleive it came with csrss.exe, and smss.exe witch are under system processes. Now i kno that lsass.exe comes with windows and it havs to do with logging, BUT this is under user prosesses and i cannot get rid of it, it most of the time makes my pc got to 100% cpu useage by just looking at the desktop, and it uses my local area connection sumtimes were i cant even get online and browze google, lol. its horrible, i got some new programs to try and help Uniblue Speed Up My PC 3 and the other packagess it comes with, ti found things and it didnt get rid of my problem, and i tryed booting in safemode, and the prosess still came up under user prosessees, but i didnt try goin into the Admin account in safemode. There is also sumthing bothering me, its when i shut my pc down or reboot, right before anything get turnd off as in prosesses i get this error message and the header is "update" and it says sumthing i cant remember, ill post what it says later. But i think that sums it up, andy help would be great
