this thread shows how difficult some removals are--
that's why these specialized removal tools like Avenger and HJT are so important-- and why it takes specialized training to use them.

wow i realy thought i was goin to have to go into system recovery and return to factory settings to get rid of this poop. U guys are simply amazing. Props to the makers of the programs and of course CHIAZ!!! thanx again all

It is actually quite rare to actually need to reinstall Windows... people just get frustrated and give in to the urge-- understandable, of course-- but the more you learn-- the less often it's needed.
