I just ran the mem test for 30 minutes, no errors. I ran sfc over the weekend, I had to insert my xp disk once but whatever it was, was not my problem. I defrag once a week but saw a post on anotheer site that said you may have to do it more than once so I defragged 3 times this weekend. I run ccleaner every couple of days. My internet connection is dsl over a g+ wireless router. I tried the hard wire, no difference. I don't thnk it's an internet problem anyway becasue all programs open slow a seem to lag. It is just most noticable on the web becasue everything seems to take so long to open. Thanks for all of the sugestions. I am willing to try anything else you may be able to think of.
