Unplug all your USB devices. Do you still get the error?

Those files tell me that one of your USB devices has a conflicting driver, is defective, or one of your USB ports is broken.

Sorry about that, I checked it on a different computer and it turns out the first had the wrong Debugging Symbols (basically, that means it will give me the wrong information).

Now it points to Drivers or Memory. First we're going to try drivers because it seems like it's not really fun to boot up to windows for you right now, so we're going to get the thing that takes the most effort to do first.

Go to Start, and right-click on My Computer. Select Properties. Go to the Hardware tab and choose Device Manager. Find anything with a red X, right-click them, and choose Uninstall.

If that doesn't solve your problems, we need to test your RAM memory. Download Memtest86+. If you have a spare floppy, download the Binary code and put it on a floppy. If you don't, grab a blank CD and download the ISO to burn with ISO Recorder.

Now, boot from the CD or Floppy, and let it run overnight. In the morning, write down the number of errors (don't bother with the type, just the number), and report back with that.

Good luck!

Also run AVG again and let it remove what it finds, then do this please:

Please go to add/remove programs and uninstall NewdotNet. If you don't have that option or if you have difficulties then please follow the instructions on this site

Then try an Superantispyware scan in safemode again, and post the log if it works.
Also post the new AVG log please.
