Default Certain programs stopped working.

Hi everyone, I really hope you can help me, because my computer's functionality has been severely limited by whatever is causing this problem.
It's really hard to pinpoint this problem, because I can't link it to any big change that I made. It just all of a sudden happened, or I forgot what I did.
Anyways, here is the problem: Quite a few programs are refusing to open.

Media Player Classic.exe - Has a runtime error saying "R6002 - Floating Point not loaded"
Tag&Rename.exe - Says "Error", tells my system info, then a bunch of random text in "Application Data"
Adobe Flash CS3 Professional - shows the splash screen for a split second, then gives the warning tone and closes.

These + others never work, while others work just fine.
Does anyone recognize the problem, or could you use more data that I haven't mentioned? Thank you

Thanks, I'm running those scans now. I'm fairly sure I have the 'Parite' virus.
Now that I think about it, this all started happening around the time I used Innosetup to make a setup file for my game. A friend who downloaded it from my web site said that his AVG caught a Parite virus in it. So, I'll try to take care of that. I'll let you know how it works out

I ran all of those programs. They found several minor problems, and fixed them. But, my apps are still not working. So I attached the HijackThis log.
Let me know if you see anyting awry, or if I should post the log in another forum
