ive only just read this forum.

The same Micro Bill Services pop up occured for me. i admit that i did browse the site but left. the pop up occured after a 3-day trial and apparently i had to pay £39.99 for a subscription to mysexworld.com

i read most of the terms and conditions and believed that i had to pay.
i cancelled the subscription on th MBS pop up.

eventually i called MBS customer services saying once i pay will the subsciptions be cancelled and MBS be removed. they confirmed and stupid idiot me payed!!!

i have ran symantec norton antivirus full system scans and have used spyware t try and remove the MBS program/tracking cookie etc. i believe that all has been removed but am worried sickless that they might comeback after the so called 3 month subscription has been cancelled.

i am about to go get a new debit card to ensure no more money is removed from my account.

pleasehelp in ensuring they dont come back asap!!!

Follow the pre work link in my sig, and post the logs as attachment for the security team to take a look at. This is just to make sure that it has in fact been removed and isnt still lurking.

sorry but im seriously rubbish with computers how do i do that?
ive jus gone to show hidden folders and i am now doing anouther full system scan with norton anti virus.

If you have done the scans,

post the logs of

Avg
SuperAntiSpyware
Hijackthis.
