Download Winsock XP Fix first and save it to your desktop. If you lose your internet connection after doing the HijackThis fix below, run it. Click Reg-backup before you do so though.

Once you've downloaded Winsock XP Fix, run HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ipyrun] ipycp.exe
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: ipysp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: ipysp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: ipysp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: ipysp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: ipysp.dll
O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: ipysp.dll
O21 - SSODL: Rtfavexc - {1B352E65-47B4-40D8-A38C-6CEB8B4BAB83} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\xmliwdoc.dll
O23 - Service: GuiHook - Unknown owner - C:\PROGRA~1\NETSUP~2\guihook.exe (file missing)
O23 - Service: USBDLM - Unknown owner - C:\Documents and Settings\Chris.EHOME\Desktop\USBDLM\USBDLM.exe (file missing)

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.

Post a new HijackThis log in your next reply.

Is there a reason why you have both NOD32 and AVG running simultaneously?

Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and uninstall the following if found:
IEToolbar

Reboot if prompted. Then navigate to and delete the following folder if still present:
C:\Program Files\IEToolbar\

Run a new scan with SUPERAntiSpyware and post the new log in your next reply.
