Hi my friend, don't you ever sleep?

So I did what you advised me to do,
and after I replaced in C:\, the I386 140mb with the one on the cd, 439mb,
and corrected the source path from c:, to c:\,
it passed the second test, without interaptions.

Thanks.
What's next?

Sleep? What's that. My girlfriend is a slave driver.

Try to activate the Firewall again.
If it errors, what does the error say.
You can use this precess to show us the error message.

To attach an Error message, left click the mouse on your Desktop.
Press <Ctrl> C
That makes a copy of your Desktop.

Open the Paint program.
Press <Ctrl> V
This will paste the image created above into the Paint Program.
Do a Save as of the image to your Desktop. Call it Image1.

Now if you mess up , you can retrieve a fresh copy from Image1 .

Cut off the excess of the image in the Paint program so only the Error message appears.
Once you are happy with the picture, do a Save as to the Desktop. Call it Image2.

Now open the Image2 to verify that it looks like you want it to. Remember, you can always start over with Image1. So don't delete Image1 until this problem is fixed. OK.

Now the image is small enough so you should be able to attach it to your next message on this thread.

I made it this way, because there are four
different messages.
Remember also that
the internet, is not working,
and the antivirus, also.

Thanks for the image.

Click on the Pre-Work in my signature area and follow the directions, then we'll have the Security people take a look at it.

There is a problem.
They are asking to update the AVG, after downloading.
How to do it without internet connection?

If a program,is downloaded, installed and updated in one computer,
can be copied and pasted in another computer?
or is it a stupied question?

Can you use a CD to transfer files from one computer to another?
Download the programs onto a CD on this computer, then install on your problem computer. Then, copy the requested logs onto the CD in your problem computer and upload the logs using this computer.

Does that sound confusing? It's late and I need some sleep. If that isn't clear to you, let me know and I'll try again tomorrow when I'm awake.
