HijackThis log looks clean to me.

Update the definitions, and run a scan with SpywareDoctor again. Is it still detecting anything?

Thank you Chiaz! Spyware Doctor is running itself everyday and only picking up low threats like cookies and such, so it looks pretty clean now. Thank you for checking my Hijack This log! Take care
