Hello, and welcome to PCHF.

Please run HijackThis and place a checkmark by the following entries:
R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - (no file)
O4 - Global Startup: svchost.exe

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer.


Now boot to Safe Mode. Navigate to and delete the following file:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\svchost.exe

Restart your computer, back to normal mode. Then rescan with HijackThis and post the new log in your next reply.

ok i ran avg anti virus got rid of the svchost virus /trojan

and deleted the 3 enteries so ehre is my new hjt log

Do you have any idea what this program is?

Also go to Jotti's and upload the following file for analysis:

yes it is a sharing program i tought it was suspicous as it was the program that got me the first virus/trojan so i uninstalled it man i really owe you 1
