Log looks clean.

I need you to run Panda ActiveScan.
  • Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
  • A new window will open...click the Check Now button
  • Enter your Country
  • Enter your State/Province
  • Enter your e-mail address and click send
  • Select either Home User or Company
  • Click the big Scan Now button
  • If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
  • It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
  • When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
  • When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Attach the ActiveScan report in your next reply.

It is a lot better now. I am still suffering from type lagg a little bit, and the internet explorer browser is still a little slow when I open a new tab or something.
Should I run both of those tools again? Then do a scan?

EDIT - Just saw new post, I'll do that now.

Ouch, there was really more things hidden. -_-

I need to see whether Panda really disinfected those stuff. Run a new scan again. If nothing else is detected, then your computer should be clean.

Scan with that Panda thing again? That doesnt seem to be removing anything unless I pay for it.

Also, no other software which I have removes or even detects Trojan.Vundo in the scan, and that is the problem that is being caused.
