seems to be running smooth now makes me wonder y people pay for the likes of mcafee, norton etc...

uh ohhhh

ok i dropped the pc off in question this morning....tonight i get a call, same thing happening!!
wanted to ask where would this be coming from? when i had it it was clean as a whistle, no probs what soever, so obviously something they are doing or going.

quick note, it has 4 users, but surley i wouldnt need to do smitfraudfix on all users?

Nope.

Just run Option 1 on an administrator account. The log generated will tell you if anything was found. If this is the case, proceed with Option 2 and the rest of the instructions.

cheers chiaz, i am going back up there on wednesday morning. so hopfuly this time i will have cleared it up, they did say its only on 1 user (at time of call) and i told them to stay off that account..

will post back once i been there with results
