Have you tried going into safe mode and deleting the SecTaskMan folder?

You can safely delete Killav in thequarantine.

The SecTaskMan folder didn't come back again after the last time I deleted it, if it does again then I will try in safe mode. thanks, jake

I'm surprised that AVG Anti-Spyware did not show anything malicious. Did you run SUPERAntiSpyware? Please post the log here as well.


How is your system running now? Still slow?

No I didn't run super anti spyware, I will tommorow, and post the log soon. I will delete Troj/Killav-DQ safe mode, im not sure that spysweeper will get rid of it though, as it is a trial version.
The system seems to be running ok

I haven't used SpySweeper for ages, but if I remember correctly the trial version will still delete stuff detected.

yeah it did delete the killav I have attached the new logs. When scanning with sas in preferences I left the tick by (ignore files lareger than 4mb) and (scan only known filetypes).
