Exclamation [Pending] Strange malware...or something...

Whenever I use google search now I get bull@#%^ results. It's not that im getting actual bad results but something on my computer is bringing up ads for other sites as the results when I use google to search.

Say I search for gamespot, my computers first results would be 10 FREE CREDIT CARDS SIGN UP TODAY WOOOT

When I use my other computer I actually get gamespot.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
