In the meantime could you click Prework below follow the steps and post back with an AVg Report, Spysweeper log and a new Hijackthis log.

two big problems; the computer is heavily infected, and you are running sp1. You need to get the machine clean before you upgrade to sp2. Do NOT put sp2 on an infected machine.

Looking forward to your reply with the logs that upgrader pointed you to; then we can get to work cleaning it.
