I have found this in ccleaner in the uninstall programs section. I have googled it and it looks like its either somthing hidden by windows or malware.
Anyone know what it is or what to do?

It's part of XP, used to upload files to the internet. You can leave it there, nothing to worry about. It's supposed to be there.

v
