My PC seems to be gradually slowing itself down. I don't know weather its due to lack of ram, an outdated processor or virus's/spyware/addware/malware

If any one could lend us a hand at getting my PC to run faster it would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and I have Avg Anti-Spyware, only the trial version of which, the 30 day free trial has ran out.

Hey Bradley , it says in the Prework how to disable system restore, but anyway this is how you do it .

WinXP.

1. Click the Start button.
2. Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
3. On the System Restore tab, check Turn off System Restore or Turn off System Restore on all drives.

Just have to rectify my AVG Anti-Spyware Problem.

And find out why my pc isn't running fast.

I've run scans with AVG and Norton AntiVirus they both come up with nothing.

I use this PC for Online Gaming (basically only 1 game) and talking on MSN Messenger, the game I use online sometimes cuts out or freezes. Don't know wether its the Internet Connection or something else...
