Dear Sir/Madam

I seem to have a virus that my virus scan cannot remove.

It is named WINGS 32 EXE

Is it a virus or part of Windows,

My daughter spends a lot of time on MSN Messenger.

If it is a virus How do i eliminate it?

wings 32 exe, or wins32.exe? Either way, it COULD be a problem.....not necessarily IS, but it may be. Click on the prework link in my signature, and follow all the steps, and then please post back with a hjt log AND the log from AVG. It's important that I see both, so if the AVG one is too big, break it up into separate files and post those as attachments as well.
