Hey Guys,@Kohl - Did you try getting into Safe Mode without Networking?
Do you have an Operating System CD? If so, please put it into your drive, and go to Start, Run, and type in sfc /scannow and hit enter. It is very important to type it exactly as written with the space between sfc and the /. This is a utility that will search for and replace damaged or missing system files. Once that has completed, try booting into Safe Mode with Networking again.
Looking forward to your reply,

. It's a real pain. OK, let us know if you need any help. I would also recommend reading the article in my signature, PCHF, Protect Your PC, as well as the After Work, ( a bit more technical), in the HJT forum.
