Hi experts~!

I'm having this problem for the last few months and it starts to annoy me finally. My system will simply restart by itself sometimes. On certain days it's all fine and on certain days it will restart when i'm doing my work or playing games or simply browsing the net. Below are some of the thigns that happened before:

a) System totally restart
b) System crash when i'm running games or something randomly and return to windows
c) few times my DVD-RW drive tray slides out without me touching any of the button (haunted?) hehe
d) Norton AV giving me a message saying that it had stopped intrusion worm something and also this message pops up from NAV" Rule "Default Block Bla Trojan horse" blocked "

I've scanned my PC using online scanners, Ad-Aware, NAV and its not easy as it will restart during scanning but on few occasions ive managed to complete the scan without any detection of anything.

Please help before i resort in full format. Thanks in advance!

Hello azuan, and welcome to PCHF. You've got a few issues in your log; if you could click on the prework link in my signature and follow all the steps, you should end up running ATF first, then AVG (may take a while to scan) and finally a new HJT log.

So I will need to see both the AVG log and a new HJT log, so please don't delete the AVG log. It will help us decide what is good, bad and/or just plain ugly.
