Hello there.

Do you have any idea what this program is?
orange4

If you don't recognize it, we'll get rid of it once you reply.

Meanwhile, please launch HijackThis and check the following entries:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O9 - Extra button: DownloadMP3 - {76DD9E77-F06C-4471-AB6C-CF03C5C6B5B0} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\DownloadMP3 (file missing)

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix CHecked". Then close HijackThis and restart the computer. Rescan with HijackThis and post the new log in your next reply.

Run HijackThis again, and check the following entry:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {FDD3B846-8D59-4ffb-8758-209B6AD74ACC} - (no file)

Close all other windows except HijackThis and press "Fix Checked".

For the Orange, since you're unsure, we can just check it through Jotti's Online Scanner (Online malware scan)
C:\PROGRAM FILES\orange4\orange4.dll

Upload the above file for analysis; it make take some time. Copy and paste the results into a Notepad file, then attach it to your next reply.
