If these are somthing to do with the url of my isp- how do i find out? also if i did fix them on Hijackthis and they were somthing to do with the isp then it wouldn't mess anything up would it?

please don't fix anything yourself unless the Secruity Analyst's ( like Valis) tell you to as without any training you could mess up your pc .


So just wait till they tell you what to do next .

O9 entries are extra IE buttons, and those have been abandoned, as is evidenced by the (no name) and (file missing) parts......they are safe to clear.....

There was a panda activescan i tried ages ago in IE7, but i had to leave when it was half way through installing the activex things.

Im just about to restart in safe mode, Ive attached a pic of how shell32.dll is shown in AVG Antivirus free edition.

I have now fixed those two entries in Hijackthis while i was in safemode. I have attached the log afterwards that doesn't anymore have those entries on.

I have used ATF cleaner on everything apart from (prefetch, windows temp, and firefox cache) is it ok to delete them on ATF too?
