Hey Guys,
@Chia - I think that we are missing something basic in this fix. Reread the thread, and see if you get the same impression. I think we may need to step back and start from scratch to make sure that everything is being identified.
@Sir Trews - Can you please run
Bitdefender,
Kaspersky, and Housecall (from my sig), as well as Panda Active Scan. I think you may have a very hidden virus, that is good at protecting itself, and I don't think we have identified it yet.
Please let all programs fix everything that they find, and save any logs that are offered to you to post back here. Then please boot into Safe Mode, make sure that all System files, and Hidden files are shown. Run CCleaner with all options selected, including Advanced, answer OK to every warning. Repeat the process until either no further files are available to clean, or the same files show up and cannot be cleaned. If you come across files that cannot be cleaned, right click on them, choose Properties, Security tab, Advanced, and give yourself full ownership of the files. Then manually delete them.
Then click on Issues, make sure all options are selected, click on Find Issues, then Fix Selected Issues. You can name the backup today's date. Let it fix everything that it finds.
Repeat until no further issues are located.
Now rerun Spy Sweeper, under Options, Sweep tab, choose Custom Sweep, and make sure that ALL options are selected. Run a full system scan, and let it fix everything that it finds. Save the log to post back here.
Once we see if any of these scans are identifying anything new, we will be in a better position to proceed.
Looking forward to your reply,
TTFN
