Default [Resolved] computer randomly restarts

my computer randomly restarts from time to time, including whenever I try to run window washer (I have spy sweeper installed) or whenever I try to install IE 7. It could be some sort of conflict with anti-virus programs, but I thought I had removed them. I previously had installed some freeware stuff before buying spy sweeper. my spy sweeper doesn't detect any major viruses or worms. I have attached my hijack this log for reference. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello weevie12,

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Attach that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall
Do not proceed with the rest of the fix if you fail to run combofix
Disable script blocking if you have Norton Antivirus installed so it will not interfere with the fix. Trojan Hunter has been reported to detect combofix as Worm.Qiv.100.
ComboFix will create a folder called QooBox in C: (C:\QooBox). It will contain any folders that were quarantined. When you are done you can delete this folder - QooBox.
