Ok, i've followed all the instructions and tried umpteen times to run the complete system scan but it will usually only get around half way (or slightly past it) before the usual BSOD appears and cuts short the scan.

I have also been unable to start up in safe mode for some reason - pressing F8 doesnt do anything whilst booting up.

As a result, i'm fast losing the will to live! Please help,
