The Program you are using is a BETA program - meaning that it is still in the testing stage. As stated in the README file that come with the program, it does not use rootkit patterns to determine the listing you provided.

NOT INCLUDED IN THIS BETA RELEASE:

- Perform wipe /recovery with FAT32 filesystems.
