Default [Resolved] Please help laptop doing silly things
Hi , Hope someone can help . I have a packard bell laptop which keeps freezing and the only way is the switch it off is by the switch . The laptop freezes at anytime . what i mean about freezing is if you click on anything on the desktop or system tray like the volume nothing happens. i sometimes get the following message
smpsys.exe access violation at address 00000000. read of address 00000000
