ok thank you very much, it seems to of gone, im not entirely sure though.

if anyone else got this error these are the things that i did that seemed to help,
1) type "regsvr32 MSXML3.dll" (without speech marks of course)
2) follow the post that i thanked

it might not work on yours but it might.

Hello Frish,

Please go to this site and at the top of the site click BROWSE - find and highlight the following file: C:\WINDOWS\iun6002.exe

Click SUBMIT - a report will be generated - please post that report here.

right thanks for all your help , its been just over a week so i think its gone (it happened at longest every few days). And I've already had all the afterwork stuff so its all good
