Hey Anna,

OK on the defrag issue, it is just one of the first things to check when a PC is running slowly. I know your sister's PC is clean, and you have done a registry cleaning as well. Perhaps it's time to look at running processes vs CPU usage. Or even hardware related issues. Please also start another thread in the XP/2000 forum, citing the slow behavior, and link the url to this thread in it. I want our non Security staff to take a look at your sister's PC.
