Hi LGW, I am very gratefull for all your help, I runned hosecall one more time and the result was : 10 cookies and 2 things I cannot describe, because I couldn't save the log result I did a print screen,and,I must say that even if yesterday it was running fine today it takes to long just to open IE around 20 seconds,to change location on the save as window aroun 10-15 second I don't know if this is normal.....

Hi Anna,

Those 2 screenshots are warnings from Housecall saying that you have security flaws in your sisters Windows install.

Please goto http://windowsupdates.microsoft.com/ and do the "Custom" update. Then select all options from Hardware, Software and High Priority.

Hi Anna,

Sorry about the delay, Gar is off for a few days. Those warnings aren't anything to be too concerned about. I would uninstall Windows.Net if it is showing in Add/Remove Programs. Make sure that you upgrade her firewall, and get a good anti-spyware program to backup the anti-virus program. Spybot S&D's teatimer is great, free, and monitors changes in the registry which can assist in protecting you from vulnerabilities.

Hello LGW, I did every thing,now it looks fine,even if it is still a bit slow,....you know,when I click on the start button,on my husband laptop it opens the menu almost instantly,on the pc.....woww it takes at least 5 second and it gets even worse if I have toopen a document ether word excell etc etc.
Do I need to bin the pc??

Another thing, my little brother very often goes on the internet......is there anything I could do to check if he does something ...... doggy? and to know how long does he spend on the internet when I am away?
