OK, regarding your Panda scan, it is showing that you chose not to repair the items that it found, is that true? If so, please run it again, and allow it to fix what it finds, post back with that new log, as well as a new HJT.

If on the other hand you DID ask it to fix everything, your sister is infected with a dialer, that we will have to manually remove.

Hi LGW, don't worry, we all do mistakes. I Choose not to repair because it would ask me for £12,50 to do so.
I hope there is a way around in order not to have to pay.

That is very strange, try running Housecall from my signature, let it fix everything that it finds. Post the log back here.

Did you save the log from the Housecall scan? I'd be interested in seeing if it cleared out the dialer, and the other infection.

Your HJT log looks clean. If you allowed Housecall to clean everything that it found, and your log is clean. I'd be interested in knowing if you have any symptoms left, and if so what they were.
