HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Window NT/Current Version

Locate SourcePath here as well and change it to C:/

Reboot your PC, and let's give it another whirl. Looking forward to your reply,

Sorry LGW but the same error message.
Before I changed SourcePath, it read 'D:/i386'

Hey Stan,

Just so I am not missing the obvious, is D your CD/DVD drive or your main drive? Most of the time C is the main drive, but I did neglect to ask earlier.

The default setting for this utility is to search for replacements from the CD, on the CD/DVD drive, thus D. By changing it to C we are telling it that we want it to search for replacements from the HardDrive.

You said that you were able to locate an i386 folder on your C drive, can you access/open it?

Looking forward to your reply,

TTFN

LGW:

C is the main drive.
I'm attaching a word doc that shows a print screen of the search findings of i386 on the c drive. I can open the folders and see the content files.
I apologize for the frustration.
Regards
stan

Hmmm....
I thought I had attached the doc
Just tried again and saw where it was rejected due to file size.
So, I'm placing it at this url New Page 1

You have no need to appologize Stan,

But we are going to get this thing fixed, it has become a mission for me now. LOL.

The fact that you can access the file, and we are pointing all the SourcePaths in the right location mean that something else is overriding the SourcePath command. Let me do a bit more research and see if there isn't somewhere else that could be initerfering.

Hope you are having a lovely weekend.
