Run HijackThis and check the following entries again in SAFE MODE:

Rescan and post a new HijackThis log please.

Hi

I did some searching and found the problem to the frozen background, and fixed it. It happens that i had to delete the wallpaper registry file, so now i can change it. Anyways, thanks for the effort.

Please be reminded though that running a registry fix to settle the desktop background problem is only solving the symptoms but not the infection.
