Hi, I'm back!

OK, your log looks clean, except that you have Windows Messenger enabled. So let's take a different approach. Can you please download RegSupremePro, and Shoot the Messenger from my signature? Run Shoot the Messenger it will automatically disable that unnecessary utility for you, protecting you from PopUp attacks.

OK, since the reinstall and repair did not do the trick, please completely uninstall either Word or Office. Regardless of Word being the only apparent application having the problem, please uninstall Office completely, and reboot the PC. Run whichever cleaner you ran from PreWork, I have a preference for CCleaner. Then run RegSupremePro.

It will want to make a backup of your cache, let it. Choose the Registry Cleaner tab, and select Aggressive. Once it has finished, click in Select, and choose All. Click on Fix, and allow it to fix everything that it has found.

Now reboot your PC, and then reinstall Word/Office. Try looking for your word again. I'll be crossing my fingers for you, , and looking forward to your reply,
