Default [Resolved] Major spyware problem

Whenever I have firefox running, I constantly get bombarded by Internet Explorer popups and sometimes new tabs will randomly open in Firefox. Whenever I go to the task manager to close the popups I notice that system tasks like userinit, and winlogon are constantly being run. I've tried using AVG and spybot but they haven't solved the problem.

Please help as soon as possible!

Hello there.

1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
